The institution held an exchange of experiences in Vietnam on digitizing long-standing resident information / family records at the district offices

It is known that the Civil Registration and Resident Service Agency has been providing services by registering residents on paper for the past decades.
Accordingly, in order to be compatible with the newly developed system and to eliminate this and move to a digital family registration system, the institution is preparing to digitize the long-standing resident information / family records at the district offices with the city's Innovation and Technology Development Bureau.
Regarding this work, a team led by the agency's technology sector traveled to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and exchanged experiences with the DIGI-TEXX company, which is engaged in the field, and returned.
The project, in addition to converting existing information into technology, is believed to eliminate theft and fraud in the field by making family registration a technological option and making the resident aware of his family record. With this in mind, the agency has begun organizing archive rooms with modern storage facilities.
