Immigration and Citizenship Service leaders review agency's reform and technology efforts.

A team of management and department heads led by the Director General of Immigration and Citizenship Service, Ms. Salamyat Dawit, visited the agency’s reform and technology activities.
They visited the agency’s headquarters and observed the reforms the agency is undertaking in the digital transformation sector.
The agency’s Director General, Ato Yonas Alemayehu, reviewed the work done in the institutional reform work and discussed the main current status of the institution, including the new system technology work that is being developed for implementation.
The Director General of the Service Office, Ms. Selam Dawit, said that the reform work of the institution can be a national experience in the sector and that the results should be expanded and strengthened as a country. As a federal institution, they will support the changes that the sector is bringing to the city, including the technological work that has been started, by supporting it.
