The preparatory work for the establishment of a single-center service for Addis Mesob was discussed at the Agency's general council.

Addis Ababa City Administration is working with the city's Public Service and Human Resource Development Bureau to launch a one-stop service in Addis Mesob, and one of the institutions that will join the center is the Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency.
Accordingly, the agency's preparation work was discussed at the General Council in the presence of the director general of the institution, Ato Yonas Alemayehu.
The institution is preparing to provide 15 and future vital events and residency services, including document verification services, at the center, and will coordinate the benefit registration work at the center.
