The Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency has announced that it has conducted a 9-month reform report and plan implementation review with leaders from the Central Aske District.
The directorate of planning and budget of the agency Mr. Tagabu Shumei has included in the report that the agency has done reform works and established a technology-assisted system to provide modern and efficient services to the public. Similarly, Demsue Bishaw, the agency's planning and budgeting expert, presented a report on the implementation of the 9-month plan.
The participants expressed their opinion that the result of their participation was increased and that they will strive to achieve more results by doing work in the future.
Jonas Alemayehu, Director General of Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency, said that the agency is working to improve its service by implementing reform works in the structure from the center to the district, as well as using hands-free technology.
