The Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency is working on the construction of the city's institutions, mainly on digitization.
Director General of Information Network Security Administration, Mrs. Thugast Hamid, and Deputy Director General and Coordinator of the National Identity Program, Mr. Yodahe Zemikael visited the headquarters.

The director-general appreciated the way the agency has managed the technology transfer and digitalization work and stated that it should bring results by working closely on the construction of a national digital nation. Mrs. Tugst mentioned that the attention given by the city to the sector is encouraging and an example for others, and she said that her institution will provide support in technology training, information security inspection, strengthening the technology sector, especially in the process of establishing a cyber security work unit and similar issues.

On that day, the director general of the agency, Mr. Jonas Alemayehu, explained the work that the institution is doing to improve service delivery, and the work done at the head office and the plans that the institution is focusing on, mainly related to service delivery, were explained.
