The Civil Registration and Residency Services Agency of Addis Ababa City has shared its experience with the Vital Events Registration Agency of the Gambella National Regional State.

Various officials of the Vital Events Registration Agency of the Gambella National Regional State have exchanged experiences at the agency. The Director of the Directorate of Residents Services of the Civil Registration and Residency Services Agency, Ato Yosef Nigusse, explained the operating system and the reforms that the agency has implemented.

The Director of the Agency’s Information Communication Technology Directorate, Ato Ameer Kesa, explained the agency’s work activities and the changes that have been achieved with the help of technology.

Various officials of the Gambella National Regional State Vital Statistics Agency (GNSSA) after the discussion toured the agency’s technology-enabled operations.
