The Agency Receives the "Honorable Certification" Award in the 11th Ethiopian Quality Award Competition

The Addis Ababa City Administration Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency participated in the 11th Ethiopian Quality Award Competition to become a competitive service provider institution and was awarded the Award of Honorable Certification at the recognition forum organized by the Grand Palace.

It was stated that the institution will work in accordance with international standards that can make it competitive by going beyond the usual procedures to improve the services provided to the public, and it was stated that it will continue to work to improve its level by addressing the problems that arise in the institution.

The agency is one of the few federal, regional and city government institutions that applied and competed in the 11th National Quality Award Competition and received the recognition of the level. It has passed the process of applying, filling the criteria and field observation of the works done.

The agency's Director General, Ato Yonas Alemayehu, who received the award on the day, said that the institution will continue to participate in the national quality award competition until it can be seen as an institution that provides quality services that are recognized by the public. He urged government institutions to participate widely and test themselves, and that the competition should not be considered a competition that is only for private institutions.
