The Addis Ababa City Council, in its 4th year of operation, concluded its 2nd regular session by unanimously approving the city administration’s first 6-month implementation plan report, the city administration’s civil servants proclamation, the proclamation prepared to re-establish technical and vocational training institutions, and the appointment of the council’s standing committee chairmen.
