The ongoing capacity building training has been completed

The capacity building training provided to the directors and professionals of the Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency from the center to the districts has been completed.
The agency has been providing training in ten rounds on Attitude, Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence to 2006 trainees to build the capacity of professionals from the districts to the center.
Ato Dereje Fanta, the head of the training team at the agency, who attended the training session, said that the institution has been planning and implementing reforms since 2015 and that it aims to develop professionals from the bottom up with knowledge and skills, make the reform sustainable and create effective professionals to provide fast service.
He explained that in order to make this plan effective, all professionals were trained in different rounds in the 2017 budget year.
The trainees said that the trainings on analytics, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence provided were helpful for our work and useful for our lives.
