Eligibility Criteria:

Must be registered on the family form;

1. The requesting customer must be presented in person
2.  When picking up the item, you must return the residence ID you you have been using earlier
3. If the person who takes the transfer Letter lives in a government house and is responsible for the house, he must provide proof of the handover of the government house from the government housing development.
4. He/she must submit 4x4 size photograph taken within six months.
5. If the transfer Letter is given to more than one person, those over 18 years of age must submit a 4*4 size photograph taken within 6 months, with full information recorded in the family register.
6. If he/she says that he/she has lost his/her Residence ID, he/she can get an ID  by providing proof of its loss from the police or a photographic proof of identity and verifying it with an oath.
7. As stated in this article, the transfer can be handled by proxy only when the representative has clearly represented the transfer to him.
8. A resident who has been removed from the resident register by the owner of the house reserves the right to receive transfer letter.
