The Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency jointly evaluated the support and monitoring report made in 119 districts in the first months of the 2017 fiscal year with leaders from the center to the districts.
Mrs. Sablework Tadese, director of the agency's service delivery monitoring and support evaluation directorate, who presented the report on the monitoring and support done in all the districts in the city, presented a report on the strengths and weaknesses found in the operation of the districts and discussed it with the participants.

The director general of the agency, Jonas Alemayehu, said that the manual and system reports of the past months, the problems we have solved in our good governance, the steps and procedures to be taken in the future, as well as the support and monitoring work should be continued.

The Director General added that the strong points obtained through the monitoring and support of the districts should be strengthened and the shortcomings should be corrected quickly.

In the last four months of the 2017 fiscal year, the agency has provided capacity building training to 993 leaders and experts on various topics
