Digitalize all services
"The Civil Registration and Residency Service has moved from public resentment to digitalization of all services, making it possible to quickly and easily access identification, birth, death, marriage, divorce and related information in our city.
In this regard, 99.84% of the resident IDs issued are digital, while the rest are manual door-to-door services."
